1. How can I start earning in just 5 minutes?
   All you need to do is fill your details in on the Register Now form and we will e-mail you with your own access numbers and account number, typically within a few minutes.

   Then you simply recommend just-dial to people who would like to save money on international calls.

   You don't have to sign application forms or give us any money. You'll earn commission directly from us - for every minute they call, month in and month out.

   If you introduce other people who also become agents, you can earn a bonus on every minute used by customers on their just-dial numbers. And it doesn't stop there. When the agents under you recruit agents under them, you will get a bonus commission for each minute on all of their numbers too! And it all starts with you spreading the word about just-dial's service.

2. Do I have to be an experienced sales person?
   Not at all. You simply have to believe in just-dial's service and be able to recommend it to others. We do the rest, including giving you ideas on how to promote the service to a wider audience and supporting you with marketing materials. You don't need sales or marketing experience, or any business capital to get started and you have the potential to build a wonderful life for you and your family, just by being wiling to have a go!

4. How long does it take to join?
   You can start earning in less than five minutes on this website. In five minutes you can have your own just-dial business up and running and ready to make you money. All you need to do is fill your details in on the Register Now form and we will e-mail you with your own access numbers and account number, typically within a few minutes.

5. How does it work?
   When you apply to be an agent we will give you your own just-dial access numbers. These work in exactly the same way as our normal just-dial numbers. When you recommend just-dial you tell people to use your access numbers.

   We then pay you directly with a set rate of commission for every call they make on your numbers, day or night. So you can even be earning while you sleep! To see how much you will earn look at our earning examples.

   If you know someone who'd also like the opportunity to be a just-dial agent - get them to sign up on the just-dial website. Make sure they enter your agent code when they sign up - then you'll also earn commissions on each call made on their numbers and also the numbers of anyone they introduce.

   This commission plan is effective for all calls connected since 1st October 2010 until further notice for all agents registering via the website. Agents who signed-up prior to 1st October 2010 will also benefit from this new structure.

   Commission plan for traffic passing on numbers allocated to sub-agents and sub-sub agents

   Your Children are defined as all agents who have identified you as their referring agent. You will earn commissions on the traffic passing through all the numbers allocated to all your Children as per table above. Your Grandchildren are defined as all agents who have identified any one of your Children as their referring agent. You will earn commissions on the traffic passing through all the numbers allocated to all your Grandchildren per the table above.

   An agent will not have a parent if there is no referring agent identified on the original web application form.

7. Will it take up a lot of my time?
   The beauty of being a just-dial agent is that you can fit it in to the time you have available. Whether you're a busy mum, a student, retired or you want to concentrate on it as a full-time business - you can decide how much you want to earn and how much effort you're prepared to put in.

   But remember, unlike other products you don't have to make a repeat sale to the same people to make money every month. Once you introduce them to just-dial they're likely to go on using us month after month, allowing you to concentrate on finding new customers.

   If you can convince other people to be just-dial agents too you can get a chain effect which will boost your income even more.

9. Why do just-dial not offer calls through numbers beginning 030?
   The '030' number range is not available for revenue share; as such just-dial is unable to claim a rebate for calls to 030 numbers and is unable to offer commission.

   Ofcom has designated the '030' range of telephone numbers in the National Telephone Numbering Plan for allocation to communications providers on the basis that those numbers are used by public sector bodies and not-for-profit bodies such as registered charities.
